We rarely get fog in Colorado, maybe three or four times a year, so when it crept in last week, on the heels of three days of rain, I had to go out into it, even in the slight drizzle.
What I love about it is that it produces a whole new landscape. Everything looks a bit different.
The ponderosas, aspens, boulders, even cabins are partly obscured.
There's a sense of mystery. Everything is not obvious, plain as day.
Maybe I like it because I'm partly hidden too.
