Blues by Five

Hi. I just discovered your blog a few weeks ago and I'm so inspired by your writings and photographs.

When and how did you come to start living in a cabin?
Also, where is your cabin located?

I ask because my ultimate goal is to purchase land and build a cabin on that land.

Thank you,

Wonderful photos! Thank you for cheering up my morning!

These are great pictures and an offering of what living around boulder and mts can be seen. Really nice!!

Animals are also among my favorite "things." Thanks for the lovely photos of these creatures being wild.

Thanks for all your kind words. And, Brandon, my dream of owning a cabin started a long time ago, when my family had (and still has) a cabin in northeastern Wisconsin. I bought my Colorado cabin almost three years ago. I wanted a place that wasn't far from my home in Boulder, one that I could go up to during the week for a few days. The cabin is in Meeker Park, which is about 10 miles south of Estes Park (and Rocky Mountain National Park), only about an hour's drive from my home.
Good luck with finding your own cabin.
